My challenge to you is to use distressing on your card. You can make a holiday card, or any other card. Just use some kind of distressing on it. I used some patterned paper and an old vintage image from my stash.

In my sample card, I distressed the edges of most of the layers and even bent them around a little bit. I wanted the card to look old. Even the patterned paper I chose has a vintage feel. You can use whatever method of distressing that you'd like. The sky's the limit - bend it, tear it, ink it - just have fun with it.

Oh, Cheryl, what a beautiful card ~ looks like the cards we used
to get when I was growing up...very, very pretty and vintagey.

Oh, Cheryl - you are a master at taking a technique like distressing and then providing an example that makes me want to distress the heck out of something! This card is so lovely and vintage and antique looking.

I used a distressing edger on the cardstock and crumbled the pp for this card.
